I'm really looking forward to watching Wonderful Precure! next week it's gonna be great/interesting. I just hope maybe it'll have the full original team within the first cour of the series, unlike Hirogaru Sky Pretty Cure which had Cure Butterfly appear during the second cour in episode 18 (around the time the mid-season Cure is normally introduced) while the mid-season Cure (Cure Noble) debuted in Episode 3. But I wonder if the Garugaru (aka Monsters of the Week) are similar to the Chimera Animals from Tokyo Mew Mew?

I wish there could be a Pretty Cure crossover movie in March 2024 that features only 3 Pretty Cure teams (Delicious Party♡Pretty Cure, Hirogaru Sky! Pretty Cure, and Wonderful Pretty Cure!). There hasn't been a Pretty Cure crossover movie in March that features only 3 Pretty Cure teams since Miracle Leap due to that stupid COVID-19 pandemic.

I was holding my Sky Mirage toy the entire episode lol.
The animation was especially gorgeous this time, and I can't believe its over. Its been such an incredible journey watching this from the release of the first episode to now, and its gotten me through weeks by giving me something to look forward to every Saturday night. I hope to see all of you fellow regular commenters in the comments of Wonderful Precure, and remember, Never Falter, Hero Girls and Boys!!!!

I sure hope someday there will be a future Pretty Cure Anime with the theme being Japanese Idols? I think it would be interesting if there was a Japanese Idol-themed Pretty Cure team who are Magic Idol Singers (Magical Girls who are also Idol Singers). I kind of (just kind of) thought of this from a Live-Action Magical Girl TV Series called Idol × Warrior Miracle Tunes! which focuses on an idol group (called Miracle2) who live a double life as the Magical Girl Warriors. Plus there are Pretty Cure Anime with female-based themes like Princesses (Go! Princess PreCure) and Witches (Witchy PreCure!) and Japanese Idols seems like mostly a girl's theme so I think an Idol-themed Pretty Cure anime would be a good idea.

And with that we end up with a great send off

the team's different art style in the final drawing wasss so beautiful really captures each personality very well.
now the city has probably know the cures Identity without going crazy about it they're now like local heroes

I swear the show could have done the whole "local heroes" thing better.

Okay 2 things.

1. What was your favorite thing about this series? For me it was definitely that they made a Boy a Pretty Cure

2. After Wonderful what theme would you want the Series to do? Me I honestly want another Music themed one I feel like Music has been ignored for to long personally

I'm also a huge fan of Cure Wing being the first male Precure, but I also love the dynamic between the team, especially Tsubasa and Ageha. They had a really unique dynamic and I'm gonna miss them so much
And in terms of themes, I feel like they could use a nature theme. Maybe not flowers specifically, but maybe even just plants?? It'd give them an excuse to finally have a green cure that isn't teal for the first time in a while lol

3 or 4 months after this originally aired, I finally watched this finale to finish the show.

As my first precure show, it was alright. 6/10. Kinda like how my first sentai (ninninger) was 6/10 serviceable.

Mashiro was basically the true protagonist of the show and if not, my favorite character. Battamonda was the most enjoyable villain.

Skearhead was such a generic bland villain it kinda hurt the overall quality of the show.
And not helped that this show aired next to Ohsama Sentai, King-Ohger. which did most of the things thisshow tried to do, but way better.
And Even other anime called Chuunibyou Gekihatsu Boy did the whole "be a hero" thing better.

I might watch Wonderful Precure. The clips of Cure Wonderful / Komugi already make better use of her concept than how Sky Precure used the concept of Elle.

Final boss is kinda disappointing and the reveal, too because no one reacts to them with surprise and yes, some of them already know but only a few and not the whole city.

I know that Tsubasa/Cure Wing is a big deal - although, I would give this credit to Henri in Hugtto as first male precure - but he is kinda annoying sometimes.

Same goes for Ellee as baby.

Sora x Mashiro is a cute yuri Precure couple.

I prefer the Mirai x Riko x Ha-Chan happy family yuri ending reunion way more because of the emotions and timeskip.

TBH, next season Wonderful Precure will be either hit or miss, so I think I wait for the review in one year for catchup or not, but this one is way better than DeliPa.

Next up for me is the 20th anniversary ASF movie, even it has DeliPa in it.

The final boss was so dissapointing. It barely gave a fight. The snake was more like a glorified punching bag.

HERO GIRL!

This was very nice! I really liked the kid's show. i might not watch the next one and just end it with the movie. after all, I came here for a group of heroes and not a single indiviual.

This is a very epic theme for a mostly unnecessary fight scene.

That was quite the emotional ending, they weren't friends parting, those five were practically family by the end of it.

Although, is this the first Precure team not to receive a power up mode?

I'm a bit sad to see this very diverse and fun Precure team go, since Hirugaru added a lot of elements we never got to have in a season before.
Not only did we finally get a male precure (YAY!!) and an active (not retired) precure older than 17 (also awesome!).
With Hirugaru, the "girl from another world" finally got to be the main character, as opposed to the token "girl next door" pink Precure from Earth who gets dragged into the adventure and takes over as lead. Characters like Lala from Star Twinkle or Hime from Happiness Charge never really got to have that, so this was also a welcome change! (Especially Hime, who was a fantastic character, was literally robbed of being the main character and got demoted to supporting cast for Megumi, who added NOTHING to the show. Can you tell I'm salty? Yeah.)

The new team looks to be the classic "four girls in close age range + possible mid season fifth ranger" constellation, which is kind of boring after what we had this season.
And I really hope the "gimmick" of the new season isn't just "pets turning into Precure" as a replacement for the diversity of Hirugaru. Because that concept has been done before and is honestly boring.

I may be wrong though, so lets see what the new season brings!

They really didn't need to detransform only to transform 30 seconds later. Could have been a straight fight. The series had such a strong first quarter. Sky and Prism have such a strong dynamic. The other three were not as developed. Wished the other plot ideas could have been fleshed out more. Oh well. Animation was okay. Onto the next Precure season.

Damn this became one of the best precures that i have ever watched and it is awesome and now in a few days from now for the new Precure.

not true, Pretty Cure All Stars F just came out a few days ago.

Oshi isn't an idol anime, neither is BangDream really (although it can at times be close enough), D4DJ is only tangentially idol at best and that's primarily because of the group who act as actual idols in-universe, Love Live and iDOLM@STER are fine as those are proper idol anime with the latter being somewhat of a veteran franchise at this point, and finally, Kizuna no Alelle sucked which is unfortunate because of the interesting premise but it turned out to be incredibly bland. NOw how about watching the next series without asking about idol anime? If you want to talk about that stuff in relation to the franchise there's plenty of forums out there from MAL to 2 different sub-reddits (R/precure and r/magicalgirls respectively).
